❓ How will I confirm my custom name for personalization?

• You can review your selected colour and personalisation details in your cart and at checkout under “Your order”.

• Please double-check spelling, initials and capitalisation before placing your order — we’ll make your item exactly as entered.

• If you need any changes, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order (please include your order number). We begin making personalised items after 24 hours to allow time for corrections. After production starts, changes may not be possible.

• Please note: personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind.
